Warranty
Troika faucets used in residential and non-residential are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the period of time as mentioned below in the warranty coverage table, commencing from the date of sale of Troika Faucets to the original purchaser.

Scope of Warranty
- The warranty is not revived or prolonged on supply of spare parts during the warranty period. The company will at sole discretion, repair or replace any defective component or part of product with or without cost.
- The warranty will be cancelled out if installation is not done by skilled and experienced technician and/or as per the installation procedure guided by the company.
- These parts are not under warranty: Plastic & Rubber parts, Hoses & Consumables
- The warranty is applicable only if the customer shows proof of purchase.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects of the product and will not cover defects generated out of control of the company like high water impurities/hardness, insufficient water pressure, breakage due to mishandling etc. The liability of the company will not exceed the purchase price of the product. Improper care and cleaning of the products will cancel out the warranty.
- Troika has an innovative vision of product, designing, development and improvement, thus reserves the right to modify product specifications and prices without any prior notice.
